Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ready to Print 3D. By accessing this website, submitting files or physical items, requesting services, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Information & Manufacturing Variations

All products are custom manufactured using additive manufacturing processes. Minor variations in color, surface finish, layer lines, dimensional tolerance, and appearance may occur. Product photos and renders are for reference only and may not perfectly represent the final item.

3D printed products may contain minor imperfections inherent to the printing process.

2. Payments

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated. Custom projects, scanning services, or production runs may require a deposit or full prepayment before work begins.

Orders will not enter production until payment requirements are met.

3. Custom Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified. This includes design time, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, prototyping, test prints, or production setup.

4. Instant Quote Tool & Automated Pricing

Ready to Print 3D uses automated quoting software (AutoQuote3D) to generate instant estimates.

Quotes are based on submitted file data and selected options and may change if:

• Files require repair or modification

• Models are not printable as submitted

• Additional supports or setup are required

• Material usage differs from estimates

• Post-processing is needed

• Shipping costs change

Submission of a file does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

5. 3D Scanning Services

By submitting an item for scanning, you acknowledge:

• Adhesive markers may be applied

• Temporary scanning sprays or coatings may be used

• These materials are intended to be removable but may require cleaning

• Minor residue or surface effects may occur depending on material

Ready to Print 3D is not responsible for damage caused by fragile surfaces, coatings, pre-existing defects, or material incompatibility.

Scanning accuracy depends on object geometry, surface properties, and equipment limitations. Additional digital reconstruction may be required.

6. Reverse Engineering Services

Reverse engineering may involve interpretation of incomplete, worn, or modified components. Dimensional accuracy and functionality cannot be guaranteed without testing by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying performance and suitability for intended use.

7. Customer Property & Handling

Items provided for scanning, measurement, or reproduction are handled with care but remain the customer’s responsibility.

Ready to Print 3D is not liable for loss, damage, or deterioration due to normal handling, shipping, or inherent fragility.

Customers assume all shipping risks when sending items.

8. High-Value or Irreplaceable Items

Customers must disclose if an item is valuable, rare, sentimental, or irreplaceable prior to submission.

We may decline to accept such items or require additional written agreements.

9. Shipping & Handling

Processing times are provided on product pages or quotes. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect shipping information.

10. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of services, all sales are final.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

11. Fitment, Measurements & Intended Use

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, fitment, and compatibility.

Products are not certified for safety-critical, structural, automotive, aerospace, or medical applications unless explicitly stated.

12. Safety & Product Use Disclaimer

Ready to Print 3D is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or unintended use.

13. File Submissions & Customer Designs

By submitting files or objects, you confirm you have legal rights to reproduce them and agree to indemnify Ready to Print 3D against intellectual property claims.

14. Digital File Ownership & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Original files provided by customers remain their property

• Digital models created by Ready to Print 3D remain our intellectual property

• Delivery of editable or source files is not guaranteed

• Files may be provided in standard export formats at our discretion

15. File Storage & Retention

Project files may be retained for future production but are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely.

We reserve the right to delete files at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

16. Confidential Projects & NDAs

Ready to Print 3D respects confidential projects. Non-Disclosure Agreements may be accepted upon request prior to project discussion.

In the absence of a signed NDA, no confidentiality obligations are assumed.

17. Rush Services

Expedited services may be available for an additional fee depending on capacity.

Rush acceptance does not guarantee delivery dates due to potential technical issues, material availability, or external factors.

18. Abandoned Projects

Projects awaiting customer response, approval, or payment for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel the project

• Retain deposits for work completed

• Dispose of or recycle produced items

• Discard customer-supplied materials

19. Production Partnerships & Commercial Use

Pricing for ongoing production runs or commercial partnerships may differ from standard retail pricing and will be governed by separate agreements when applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with applicable laws and regulations.

20. Local Drop-Off & Appointment Services

Local drop-off or pickup services may be offered by appointment only.

Customers are responsible for the security, packaging, and transportation of items. Ready to Print 3D is not liable for incidents occurring during transport to or from our location.

21. Intellectual Property

All original designs, models, scans, branding, and website content created by Ready to Print 3D remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

22. Limitation of Liability

Ready to Print 3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

23. Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to misuse services or engage in unlawful or fraudulent behavior.

24. Third-Party Services & Payment Processing

We utilize third-party platforms including Squarespace (website hosting) and Stripe (payment processing).

By using our services, you also agree to their terms.

Ready to Print 3D is not responsible for:

• Payment errors or outages

• Processor fees

• Account holds or disputes

• Technical failures of third-party systems

25. Fraud Prevention & Verification

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders suspected of fraud and may require identity verification before proceeding.

26. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including equipment failure, supply shortages, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

28. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
