Need a Part 3D Printed or Designed in Jacksonville?
Whether you already have a file ready to print or need a custom part designed from scratch, we're here to help.
Fill out the form and tell us about your project. If you already have an STL, STEP, 3MF, or other design file, attach it to the form below or email it to one of the addresses below, so we can review it and provide an accurate quote.
Whether you need CAD modeling, reverse engineering, replacement parts, prototypes, or custom 3D printing, we'd love to help bring your idea to life.
For 3D modeling requests
Please include photos, sketches, drawings, or reference images along with accurate measurements. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can create your part.
From a single replacement part to a full production run, every job is printed in house in Jacksonville and checked before it ships.
CAD Design & 3D Modeling
Turn a sketch, drawing, photo or idea into a precise, print-ready model. Designed around real measurements and tolerances, with editable STEP files available.
Reverse Engineering
Broken, discontinued or impossible to find? We measure and scan the original, rebuild it properly in CAD, and print a replacement that fits and works like the real thing, or better.
3D Scanning
High-precision scanning captures complex shapes and curved surfaces for reverse engineering, custom fitment and parts that are hard to measure by hand.
Product Development
Take a product from concept to something you can sell. We design for printing and production, refine fit and function, and get your parts repeatable and ready for production.
Rapid Prototyping
Fast-turn prototypes to test form, fit and function. Hold it, test it, tweak it, and get the next revision quickly without waiting on tooling.
Production Runs
Small batches to full production on a 14-printer farm, with consistent settings and every part inspected before it ships.
Replacement Parts
Brackets, knobs, clips, covers, vents, automotive trim and appliance parts, made to fit when the original isn't sold anymore.
Finishing & Add-ons
Sanding, priming, painting, threaded inserts and assembly, plus laser engraving, UV printed graphics and embedded NFC chips on finished parts.
How a Project Works
1Share your idea
Send a file, sketch, photos or the part itself, with measurements and how it will be used.
2Design & quote
We review it, ask the right questions, and send a clear quote and timeline before work starts.
3Prototype & refine
You get a first print to test. We adjust the design until the fit and function are right.
4Produce & deliver
Final parts are printed, inspected, and picked up locally or shipped to you.

Common Questions
What can I request through this form?
Custom CAD modeling, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, replacement parts, prototypes, and both one-off and production print runs. If it needs to be designed before it can be printed, this is the right form. You can also upload a ready-to-print 3D file here for a manual quote if you'd rather not use the Instant Quote tool.
I don't have a file — what do I send instead?
Photos, a sketch, a drawing, or the physical part with accurate measurements. That's enough for our team to build a CAD model from scratch.
What file formats do you accept if I do have one?
STL, STEP or 3MF work best. You can upload directly through the form or email it to Cody@RTP3D.com or Info@RTP3D.com.
Can you reverse-engineer a part I already own?
Yes — this is one of our most common requests. Send photos and measurements of the original part (or the part itself) and we'll recreate it as an editable, printable model.
Not sure which material to choose?
Tell us how the part will be used — indoors, outdoors, load-bearing, flexible, etc. — and we'll recommend a material from our PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, TPU, PA (Nylon), PC (Polycarbonate) and specialty filament options. Check out our material guide for a full breakdown.
When will I get pricing and a timeline?
After you submit the form, we review your project and reply with an accurate quote and estimated turnaround based on the design work and print time involved.
Already have a print-ready file?
If your file just needs pricing — no design work required — try the Instant Quote tool for a fast estimate. Otherwise email us directly at Info@rtp3d.com.
